Here this man is using one of the most classic of the gym apparatus that the JC has to offer: the bench. Benching is a great way to work out the Pectorals and Triceps. However benching does not necessarily exercise these muscle groups as effectively as dumb bell press. What other exercises might you be able to do with the equipment at the Johnson Center?
